This leaf was on the ground frozen with many other leaves! I picked it up & held it with the sun backlighting the frozen dew surrounding the leaf! The sunlight makes the leaf semi-transparent, making the fall colors in the leaf glow! I like the fuzziness of the frost! I had to be quick to capture that fuzz as it melted right before my eyes......
Kind of reminds me of life! How many times do we go through our everyday activities & wonder where the time went? Did we look at the beauty as we were living that time? Or did we pass it by? Stop, look & smell the roses when you can. Life is short. Smile! Take deep breaths! Hugs are best!
I am feeling great today! Slept 10 hours last nite. I am taking care of myself, eating healthy, drinking lots of fluids & happy! Life is so different not getting up every day to go to work. I am thankful that California Disability, that I have paid into all my working days, can come to my aide during this time of fighting this disease! Not having to worry about income lessons the stress!
